Thunderstorm vs Scottie
We had a thunderstorm last night, and my dog is scared to death of thunder. He usually sleeps in "his" recliner in our bedroom but as soon as that first clap of thunder hit, I heard him jump to the floor and up on the bed. He creeped up to the head of of the bed and before I realized it, he had wrapped himself around the crown of my head so that he was wedged between me and the headboard. By morning I was scrunched down the bed and he had completely taken over my pillow and was sleeping soundly. I got out of bed with a headache and achy joints and he was rested and ready for the day!

What a cute pup. This picture is soooo adorable. My pup hates thunder too. She usually crawls under the coffee table. Fireworks are just as bad. We don't go out for the fourth of July or New Year's Eve because we stay at home to calm her. I wouldn't have it any other way.
